LGH Approach

Every project is different, but our approach stays personal and collaborative. We guide you through each stage with clear communication, thoughtful planning, and hands-on support from the first conversation through completion.

Every project begins with a 45-minute consultation, either by Zoom or in person at the project site, where we get to know you, your project, and what you hope to create. We’ll talk through your needs, priorities, budget, and timeline, and explore how LGH can best support you. From there, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work and next steps, delivered within one week.
Once the scope is agreed, we move into the design and planning phase, developing the details needed to bring your project together. Depending on how you’re working with LGH, this may result in a complete design and plan for you to take forward, or become the foundation for LGH to manage and build the project through completion.
For clients continuing with LGH through implementation, we take the project from plan to completion. LGH provides project management and general contracting, overseeing the construction, team, budget, and details to keep the work aligned with the design and moving forward through completion.
