About LGH Designed Like Family. Built for Legacy.
At LGH, we believe the best homes begin with understanding the people who live in them. Founded by Lisha Maxey in 2014, LGH brings real estate, design, and construction together through a personal, hands-on approach to create homes that are thoughtful, functional, and truly yours.
Lisha Maxey
Founder & Creative DirectorLisha’s path to LGH began long before the company itself. Growing up with a father who owned a construction company gave her an early appreciation for building, entrepreneurship, and the care that goes into creating something of your own.
After ten years in the Oil & Gas industry, including three years working on a $300 million construction project, Lisha discovered how naturally her strengths in project management, design, and bringing complex ideas to life came together. In 2014, she took that experience and founded LGH.
Today, she brings more than a decade of experience across design, construction, and real estate to her work, while remaining very much “boots on the ground” with every project. For Lisha, it’s personal: knowing her clients, listening closely, and making sure they feel seen and heard from beginning to end.
A Personal, Hands-On Approach
The LGH approachEvery project starts with listening. We take the time to understand how you live, what you love, and what matters most to you, then carry that understanding through every decision.
From design and selections to budgets, construction, and the final details, we stay closely involved throughout the process. It’s a personal, hands-on approach built on clear communication, thoughtful decisions, and doing what we say we’ll do.
-
Integrity
Trust is built through follow-through. We communicate openly, keep our commitments, and if something needs to be made right, we make it right.
-
Relationships
We take the time to understand our clients, their families, and how they live. Feeling heard and supported is just as important as the finished space.
-
Quality
From the first design decisions through construction and completion, we approach every detail with care and create work intended to serve you beautifully for years to come.
